Samantha Lightner is no stranger to the title world, as her family has been in this business for several decades. Samantha is a Processor with Covenant Title & Escrow and has been in the title industry since 2018. Samantha is with each file from open to close. She works very closely and diligently with our clients, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions. Her bubbly personality and her positive disposition are infectious and carries over into her work.

Samantha was born and raised in Montgomery County. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
