Matt Stevens

Matthew Stevens is a Senior Settlement Agent with Covenant Title & Escrow. Matthew has been in the title industry since 2002 and has conducted thousands of real estate settlements in the DMV area. He currently holds licenses in Maryland, D.C. and Virginia and in addition to performing closings, he also assists with Post-Closing operations which includes the filings of recordable documents to the county Land Records across the region. In addition to his primary job functions, Matthew has been recognized for outstanding commitment and customer service by countless agents in the DMV area. Matthew has been a lifelong resident of Northern Virginia and currently resides in Loudon County with his wife and two children.
