Hal Epstein

Hal was born in DC and raised in Silver Spring and graduated from the University of Maryland in 1978 and from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1981. Hal was admitted to the bars of Maryland and DC in 1981 and has limited their practice to real estate closings since 1983. In that time, Hal has conducted over 20,000 closings.
