Serve as the closing agent and escrow officer, which includes scheduling the settlement and reviewing all title and lender documents with the buyer.

Title Transfer

Prepare to transfer the title with a deed conveying the property to the buyer and record with the appropriate county.

Post-Closing

Securely provide documentation from closing day and issue the title insurance policies, deed and mortgage.
